Extension of Binding Open Season for the Perry Delivery Project

Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. (Southern Star) announced today that it will extend the Binding Open Season for the Perry Delivery Project. Southern Star is extending the Open Season at shippers’ request to allow interested parties additional time to evaluate the project. Southern Star is developing a new interstate natural gas delivery project that will provide incremental deliveries of up to 100,000 Dth/d to Enogex, Inc. (Enogex), into their East Rate Zone near their Perry Compressor Station in Noble County, Oklahoma.
The Binding Open Season, which commenced at 8:00 a.m. CST on Monday, January 14, 2008, will be extended to end at 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, February 25, 2008. Southern Star invites parties interested in firm transportation capacity on the Perry Delivery Project to submit binding bids by the deadline indicated above.
