Philip Rullman Named Director, Commercial Services

Philip Rullman has been named Director, Commercial Services, reporting to Jerry Morris, effective immediately.  Philip, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Baker University, brings almost 30 years of experience to this new position.  Philip started his career with Southern Star in 1979 as a Technician.  He progressed through the Technician ranks and was named Supervisor, Storage Operations in 1993. He became Area Supervisor in 1994 and was named Supervisor, Operations Control in 1995.  After a four-month stint as Manager, Employee Relations & Safety in 1997, he was named Manager, Gas Management.  Philip’s experience in customer services continued when he transitioned into the Manager, Customer Service & Business Development role in 2005.

Reporting to Philip will be Dale Sanders, Manager of Contract Administration; David Bristow, Manager of Scheduling & Billing; and, Gary Hines, Manager of Gas Management.  Employees in the Customer Service & Business Development area will continue to report to Philip.
